Crumlin College of Further Education was delighted that the National Commis Chef Apprentices were asked to be part of the service team at the Restaurant Association of Ireland's Food Oscars where the young professionals delivered a five course meal to a thousand guests in under two and half hours. Great experience working with some of the best contemporary chefs our Island has to offer.
