The Open Learning Centre offers flexible and affordable computer training that enables clients to progress at their own pace & in their own time. A new client can discuss their goals with a tutor and set up an individual training plan to meet their needs. Training is delivered through the use of easy to follow manuals, which include frequent revision exercises, to reinforce learning and build confidence. Tutors are on hand at all times to answer questions, provide support and offer guidance throughout the training process. Sessions are pay as you go and by appointment only. Successful students may progress on to QQI Level 5 Courses within Crumlin College or other Colleges of Further Education. Upon completion, candidates may also seek employment within the administration sector.
Many adults would like to feel more confident about their reading and writing skills. Our part-time courses are designed to help adults improve their reading, writing, spelling and maths. They are available mornings or evenings weekly. Both one to one tuition and group tuition are available. Tuition is availabe to suit individual needs and times.

This includes impartial adult educational information; one-to-one guidance and group guidance which will help you make informed educational, career and life choices.
